Design Center first opened its doors in 1986 as a lighting
and kitchen cabinet showroom in the old Firestone building
on Brandywine Drive in Peoria, Illinois. Five
years ago, KBL Design Center moved its headquarters
to the rapidly developing northwest part of Peoria,
Illinois and has a spacious showroom for the
latest products and designs. More recently, KBL
expanded and opened a new showroom in Bloomington,
Illinois and St.
Peters, Missouri.
In addition to the two showroom locations,
KBL also operates a countertop division and distribution
center in Edwards,
Illinois.
Today, KBL has become a one-stop source
for every facet of an elegant home offering the finest
lighting selection and spectacular cabinetry showroom
in Illinois.
From a modest beginning as a small,
local lighting and kitchen cabinet showroom, KBL Design
Center has become one of the largest and most recognized
design centers for the home.
